Home School Legal Defense Association is a nonprofit advocacy organization established to defend and advance the constitutional right of parents to direct the education of their children and to protect family freedoms.

In 2008, over 3,000 families in California were contacted by government officials regarding their homeschooling.  Home School Legal Defense Association membership provides your family immediate access to attorneys with experience and expertise in laws related to private home education 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Membership in HSLDA is mandatory for all Heritage Christian School Families.

Family Protection Ministry's primary mission is to help insure our freedom as parents to train, educate and care for our children privately without government interference. Heritage Christian School supports this ministry, perhaps it is a ministry worthy of your support too.

 The Christian Home Educators Association (CHEA) of California, Inc. is a non-profit ministry established in 1982 to provide information, support, and training to the home education community throughout the state.  

CFS Christian Family Schools of San Diego promotes private Christian homeschooling and includes a number of local support groups in communities throughout San Diego County.  They also organize events and activities available to members and non-members including their annual Expo Homeschool Convention featuring popular speakers and a large exhibit hall to assist homeschoolers in all their curriculum needs.
