Two Co-Op Class Day Campuses to Chose From

While both San Diego and Del Cerro campuses meet at the same location, each meets on opposite weeks and offers a unique vibe and set of classes.

San Diego co-op class day meets on 1st and 3rd Thursdays.

Del Cerro co-op class day meets on 2nd and 4th Thursdays.

All HSL accounts will be PARKED and rendered unusable on April 8, 2026 ahead of class registrations. If there is anything you wish to sign up for on HSL, be sure to do so before this date.

To be UNPARKED, the following must be completed:

Re-enroll for the 2026-2027 school year on or after March 2nd. This is done through your SIS account.
Your COS for this current school year (regardless of when you joined) must be completed. This is also completed in your SIS account.
First semester grades for this current school year must be entered. This is also completed in your SIS account.
Any prior years’ missing grades must be emailed to registrar@hcssd.org
Your account must be financially current.

Accounts will be unparked once these five things have been completed according to the following Class registration schedule for Academies and Co-op Class Days:

Thursday, April 9 at 8:00 am for all Academy Teachers, all Lead/Co-Lead Class Day teachers, and everyone on the HCS Leadership Team (Board, staff, HCS Club Committee members, Academy and Class Day leads, and Raise Right Coordinator)
Friday, April 10 at 8:00 am for all existing HCS members
Monday, April 13 at 8:00 am for all incoming HCS members for the 2026-2027 school year/open class enrollment

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Remember to advance your student's grade level in your HSL Profile as HSL does not do this automatically. You could run into issues registering for age/grade-restricted classes, clubs, and events if your student is not listed in the correct grade.

Some classes and/or campuses tend to fill quickly. Be certain you can register when you qualify.

How Co-Op Class Days Work

Co-op Class Days are Heritage Christian School parent cooperatives that offer a range of classes for grades K-12. Each Co-op Class Day meets twice per month at one of the various locations around San Diego County.

Choosing to participate in a Co-op Class Day adds variety and interest to your educational pursuits, and provides fellowship opportunities for our Heritage Christian School families. Parents who choose this option must serve on a teaching team at the location of their choice, either in a lead or assistant/support role.

Please see list of our Co-op Class Days to find the one that is best for your family. Location may not be the only factor for you and your family as each Co-op Class Day is unique in courses offered, size, and more.

Please note: Non-HCS students are not allowed on campus at any time.

How to Register for Co-Op Class Days

HCS has a class and club registration system for all Co- Op Class Days, Academy, Clubs, and Field Trips. All families need to create an account on HSL to register for Co-Op Class Days, Academy, Clubs. and Field Trips. Click HERE to create your HSL family account.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you create your family account, you have the ability to be added to the visible family directory (which is only viewable to those registered on HSL). If you do not wish to be included in the directory, be sure to click "no" under the Privacy question related to the directory. Additionally, there is a question in your profile settings related to weekly emails. These emails are NOT the same weekly emails you receive from HCS. You will receive an additional email weekly from the HSL site if you check "yes." Simply check "no" to stop receiving the HSL weekly email.
