Field trips are an excellent way to augment your home education efforts. Hands on, real life learning can increase understanding and retention. And, they are just plain fun!
Trips are planned and coordinated by our on-staff Field Trip Coordinator who relies on parent participation and assistance. If you would like to help out with select field trip, or if you have a suggestion for a future field trip, contact the Field Trip Coordinator at email@example.com
HCS Field Trip Policies and Procedures
Field Trips are a great HCS member benefit! Registration for upcoming trips open up to the whole school at the same time, so everyone has the same opportunity to sign up for each trip. Field trips are announced in the HCS weekly email and on our HCS website. Trips can fill, so we encourage you to sign up at your earliest convenience.
Deadlines for registration and start times for each trip are firm, so please carefully read the flyer and registration page with all the details for each specific field trip.
Registrations are completed online through our school website, unless otherwise noted. You have the option to pay with your PayPal account or with your credit or debit card without setting up a PayPal account.
A confirmation email will be sent directly after your successful registration. An additional email will be sent one week prior to the trip with everything you need to know for the day of the event.
No Refunds, As per HCS policy, for any trip for any reason.
