What is a Family Rebate or Heritage Account Credit? How is it calculated and how do I receive it?

YOUR Heritage account will be credited the rebate* shown online automatically...no complicated rebate forms to fill out, nothing more to do. It is that easy. Purchase $400 in Sprouts gift-cards and get $400 in Sprouts gift-cards plus a Heritage Account Credit of$15. Calculation: Sprouts sells their gift cards to us with a 5% rebate. $400 X 5% = $20* *Admin Fee is 25% of Rebate.

What is the PrestoPay Online Payment System? How does it work?

PrestoPay links to to your bank account to allow online payments. It allows you to order eScrip and have it delivered instantly to your Mobile device to use on the go. In addition, you can use PrestoPay to order physical gift cards without having your order delayed until you drop off a check. A $0.15 fee is charged every time you use PrestoPay.

Can I use a Credit Card to pay for Scrip?

YES! Example: Purchase $400 in Sprouts on your Credit Card earn a $15 Heritage Account Credit. Charge to your Credit Card will be $410.40.

Important details about this new payment option:

Credit card types: Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Rebates: The rebate is not impacted.
Purchases: A 2.6% fee is added to your order total each time you pay with a credit card. Credit card payments will be processed immediately.

How can I order Physical plastic gift cards? When will I receive them?

All Physical plastic gift cards must be paid for in advance and must be picked up in-person at EC Class Day, Academy or the school office. Physical plastic gift cards are never mailed.
Order Dates. At this time we are only placing orders for plastic gift cards at 11am on all EC Class days. Orders for Physical Gift Cards must be placed and paid for on or before 11am on EC Class Days and will be ready for pick-up by the next EC Class Day. Pick up can be arranged directly with our Scrip Coordinator at the Academy or the school office, please email the Scrip Coordinator ~ Scrip@hcssd.org.
