Mike has lived in East San Diego county his entire life. He has been married to his lovely wife, Kristie Montgomery, since 2006. Together, Mike and Kristie have 2 children who have attended HCS since 2025. James (2010) and Sadie (2014). Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. This educational foundation has sharpened his listening skills and enhanced his ability to communicate effectively with the world around him. Mike has been a financial advisor for the last 20 years and enjoys helping others meet their financial goals and achieve their dreams.

The Montgomery family is involved with Club America to help the students at HCS learn how to share their freedom-loving American Values! Mike and Kristie assist with Club America because they want to help students promote free thinking, engage in activism, bring their beliefs to life, and blend their God-given abilities with the American system of government for the better of their country.
