Refunds are available up to two weeks prior to the conference date (before February 10, 2024). After that time, materials and food have been purchased or committed and no refunds are available.

No. One of the great aspects of the AHC is the fellowship and conversations that ensue as a result of the sessions attended and post-session discussions. Those aspects are missed when not attending in person. Additionally, having each session recorded would result in an added expense to be passed on to those in attendance. Finally, WiFi capabilities at the facility are limited resulting in undesirable Zoom-type recording.
Yes. Childcare will be available for an additional fee of $40 for the first child and $35 for siblings. This rate covers 5.5 hours of childcare (9:00am-2:30pm unless you are a non-HCS member staying for the final session by Vicki Stormoen in which case childcare will extend until 3:15). No partial rates are offered. Lunch and snacks must be supplied by the parents. Payment must be made with conference registration. No portion of the fee will be refunded after February 10, 2024 (two weeks prior to the conference).
Yes. Children who are able to sit through the sessions without causing distraction are invited to attend. Otherwise, please feel free to make use of the childcare option provided for an additional fee.
No. HCS members receive a discounted ticket price, but anyone is able to attend the conference.
Yes. All attendees will receive a notebook with session outlines, notes, and biographical information of all speakers and sessions. A free book giveaway is included for one person from each session.
